Bergamasco Note Cards
A box of 8 notes printed on fine Ivory card stock, envelopes and matching seals featuring the Bergamasco. The Bergamasco or Bergamasco Sheepdog originated in the Alpi e Prealpi Bergamasche in Northern Italy, where it was used as a herding dog for both sheep and cattle. Its distinctive flocked coat protects from the bitter cold and wild predators of the Italian Alps. The Bergamasco's numbers dwindled in Italy after World War II, but more recently dog people around the world have rallied behind this serene but fearless protector. In 2015 they were recognized by the AKC. Bergamascos are bright, loyal, loving, and trainable' with a dash of flock protector independence.
