Refund policy

We would just like to say that all of the items we offer...from a custom painted Ceramic Canister to one pack of Rubber Coasters...are made for you by us. We'd like you to be happy with what we (real folks here) did, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days of receipt of the item for exchange, credit or refund. 

To be eligible for a exchange, credit or refund, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom orders (hand painted, multiple breeds, personalized, etc.) are not returnable for any reason other than damage or our error and only for a replacement. Please make sure all custom requests and personalized messages are correct before submitting your order. Also please note, gift cards are not returnable.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Please note we are unable to refund shipping charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
As soon as we receive the item you wish to exchange, we will send the new item to you. If you want the new item sooner than this may take, please place a new order for what you want and when the old item comes back we will refund the original order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
