A box of 8 notes printed on fine Ivory card stock, envelopes and matching seals featuring the Welsh Terrier. While it looks like a small Airedale, the Welsh Terrier is its own dog. Originally known as the Black-and-Tan Wire Haired Terrier or the Old English Terrier. it was bred to hunt badgers, foxes, and otters. Although associated with Wales, it could be found around many parts of England during the 19th century.
