Custom Note Cards from a Hand Painted Portrait of Your Pet

Yes! You can get your pet(s) on our note cards.

M. K. will paint your pet(s) from image(s) (or descriptions) you supply.

We'll email you a proof. You'll get one free revision if something in the proof isn't quite to your liking.

Once approved, we'll print a box of 24 ivory cards, with matching stickers and envelopes.

Plus, we'll send you digital files - jpeg and png - of the painting for your personal use. You can use that image to order any of our other items (at the normal price) or use it on other print to order sites.

Your design will not enter our "public image library" and will only be available on items purchased by you (or FOR you).

You do not receive a "physical painting suitable for framing". If you want to commission one of those, contact the studio. You will receive the digital files and your box of 24 cards. All reorders using the same image will be at our regular prices.

To order, upload a high resolution digital full body images of your pet(s) - limit 5 - as you would like to have it/them depicted. You can add extra info and any personalizing in the text box.

You can email extra photos to use mk@zeppastudios.com if you desire. If we find the photos to fuzzy or such, we may ask you for new ones. If you have any questions about this process, do not hesitate to contact us.

You will receive a proof of your image in 2-4 weeks from receipt of your order. You have one free revision if something is not quite to your liking.

If we do not get an approval for your proof in 5 business days, we will assume the image is satisfactory and print and ship your cards and email you your digital files.

We make every effort to ensure you are happy with your design. After a revision if something is still not to your liking, you can either opt to pay for additional revisions or cancel the project. If you elect to cancel after proofs have been submitted, please note that only half of your payment is eligible for refund. We reserve the right to enter a canceled design into our "public" image library.
