A box of 8 notes printed on fine Ivory card stock, envelopes and matching seals featuring the Wirehaired Fox Terrier. When fox hunting became popular in England in the late 18th century, hunters needed a dog that could "go to ground" and "bolt" the foxes out of their hiding places. And so the Fox Terrier evolved. The "wire" coated Terriers were favored for hunting in rough country. A Wirehaired Fox Terrier also helped William Powell & Myrna Loy hunt bad guys in the Thin Man movies.
