A box of 8 notes printed on fine Ivory card stock, envelopes and matching seals featuring the Polish Tatra Sheepdog. The Polish Tatra Sheepdog (Polski Owczarek Podhalański) is a large flock guardian originating in the Tatra Mountains of southern Poland. Their imposing attitude and beautiful appearance make them desirable companion dogs, much like the Great Pyrenees. World War II brought the breed to the brink of extinction, but Polish breeders brought it back and by the 1960’s the Federation Cynologique International reinstated the breed. The Tatra is one of the rarest dogs in North America.
