Shop by Collection or Shop by Breed - they're all there! If you don't see what you want and/or have questions about placing a custom order, contact us via email or give a holler (800/223-2519) M-F EST. We'll answer you promptly.
To submit a photo for a photo order there is an upload prompt. Simply upload your high resolution digital image...jpeg, png or gif. Multiple images may be uploaded if placed in a single .zip file.
If you have any trouble with image upload feature, contact us via email...or just email the image. If you do not have a digital version of the image, snail mail a COPY (at least 4x6 inches) of your photo to P. O. Box 437, Pearisburg, VA 24134. PHYSICAL PHOTOS ARE NOT RETURNED. Please reference your order number.
Please be sure the image is representative of how you'd like the animal portrayed. Zeppa Studios reserves the right to reject any photo for quality purposes and will ask for another to be submitted. For Custom Printed items, we will email you a layout proof before completing your order. The proof is for layout only as digital photos may look slightly different on different computers and photographs themselves are going to appear slightly different when transfered to different items. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the process, proofs for Hand Painted Ceramics are not available.
Please note that custom work is not returnable except for damage or defect and only for a replacement.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via Authorize.net, one of the most trusted payment gateways on the planet. You can also check out with PayPal. All transactions are processed via a Secure Server. If you are shy about ordering on line, you may call us toll free 1/800-223-2519 (Monday thru Friday EST), Fax your order 24 hours/7 days to 1/540-921-1836, or mail your order to us. Sorry, no C.O.D.s.
You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation copy of your order and if you create an account you will be able to check your order status at your convenience. Please review it for accuracy. If you find any errors...contact us right away.
Virginia residents are charged 5.3% sales tax on the order and the shipping charges which is calculated at checkout. For the time being, no tax is charged on shipments to other states.
All of our items are made to order in our Studios. Fur Children® Gifts usually ship within 3-5 business days of receipt of your order. Hand Painted Gifts usually ship in 2-4 weeks. We will advise you of any delays in delivery. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us to confirm that it can be delivered in time.
In the Continental US, we have a flat rate for shipping of $7 per order. Orders of $150 or more are shipped free.
If you select Express Shipping, the shipping charges will be calculated by weight. To reflect the policies of our carriers, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SELECTING EXPRESS SHIPPING without letting us know first when you actually need your item. You may just be wasting your money.
For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APOs we use USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. To reflect the policies of USPS, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
International shipments are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail and International Priority Mail Express calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. To reflect the policies of USPS, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We would just like to add that all of the items we offer...from a custom painted Ceramic Canister to one pack of Rubber Coasters...are made for you by us. We'd like you to be happy with what we (real folks here) did, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days of purchase for exchange, credit or refund. We are unable to refund shipping charges on the orders.
Custom orders (hand painted, multiple breeds, personalized, etc.) are not returnable for any reason other than damage and only for a replacement. Please make sure all custom requests and personalized messages are correct before submitting your order.
Items purchased from our Virtual Tag Sale section are not returnable. All sales from that page are final.
If you receive something damaged in shipping, please contact the carrier and then our offices.
